DARIEN TOWNSHIP — One man was stabbed and another was knocked unconscious early Friday during a fight at a town of Darien strip club.

The Walworth County Sheriff’s 911 Communications Center received a report about 2 a.m. Friday, Oct. 29, of a fight at the Vegas Gentleman’s Club on U.S. Highway 14 in the Town of Darien, according to a sheriff’s office news release.

The initial dispatch reported one person had been stabbed and another was unconscious.

By the time deputies arrived, the stabbing victim was gone.

However the person who had been knocked unconscious was treated at the scene then taken to an area hospital.

The sheriff’s office alerted local emergency rooms to be on the lookout for a potential stabbing victim seeking treatment.

Then, at 3:14 a.m., the sheriff’s office was notified by an area hospital of a stabbing victim requiring medical attention.

A deputy spoke with the subject at the hospital who said he had been stabbed at the Vegas Club during the fight.
