ELKHORN — For the first time since 2019, the Walworth County Community Thanksgiving dinner will hold a sit-down dinner, along with pick-up or delivery meals, for those in the community who need a Thanksgiving Day dinner.

This will be the 15th year of the meal that has become a Thanksgiving tradition for many throughout Walworth County.

Dine-in, delivery or to-go will be available this year at the Waters Edge on Delavan Lake, 1220 South Shore. Dr, at the Delavan Inlet.

To schedule food delivery to the elderly, homebound or anyone in need call (262) 749-4621 and leave a message. All meals must be ordered by November 21, 2022 by 5 p.m.

The dinner began in 2007 in Delavan as the Elks Complimentary Thanksgiving Dinner and has been held every Thanksgiving Day since.
