LAKE GENEVA — The City of Lake Geneva is seeking proposals for two new tenants at the Riviera on the lake in downtown Lake Geneva.

The city officially announced its request for proposals on Monday.

According the city, this is a unique opportunity for the right businesses that wish to be part of the high-volume foot traffic location during tourist season.

The city is accepting proposals for two prospective businesses that they say can bring a unique experience to customers visiting the Riviera.

The city strongly encourages businesses that differ in nature from the current mix of tenants.

Space “F” is 512 square feet with access from inside the first floor of the Riviera as well as exterior access on the east side of the Riviera pier (boardwalk).

Rent for the 2024 season is $25,777.92.

Space “M” is 196 square feet with access from inside the first floor of the Riviera with a window view facing the south, looking over Geneva Lake.

Rent for the 2024 season is $9.868.83.

A generic copy of the lease agreement for either space is available by contacting the City Administrator at cityadmin@cityoflakegeneva.gov

Proposals will be accepted and considered until the two spaces are leased, but initial review of proposals will begin Monday, Nov. 20, 2023.

Proposals must be submitted to Lake Geneva City Hall, attention City Administrator (in person, US mail or email). City Hall’s address is 626 Geneva Street, Lake Geneva, Wisconsin 53147.
