TOWN OF DELAVAN — No animals were injured Thursday after fire broke out in a building at LolliPups Pet Resort on Highway 50 in the town of Delavan.

Emergency services responded about 6:30 a.m. Thursday for reports of a fire in a barn located at LolliPups, according to a news release.

The Town of Delavan Fire Department was assisted by multiple agencies working together to contain the blaze.

Thanks to the swift response and coordinated efforts, the fire was successfully contained to the barn, preventing further spread to nearby structures, according to town of Delavan police.

No animals or human lives were lost, and no injuries were reported.

The cause of the fire is currently under investigation; however, no suspicious activity or foul play is suspected at this time.
