LAKE GENEVA — The Wisconsin Department of Transportation is holding a Public Involvement Meeting regarding the replacement and resurfacing of pavement on Highway 50 from Forest Street to Grand Geneva Way through downtown Lake Geneva.
Construction is scheduled to start in Spring 2027 and continue through Fall 2028. Hwy 50 will remain open to traffic where possible. Some segments will require a closure, with a potential detour utilizing Dodge Street. Access to local residences and businesses will be maintained.
The Public Involvement Meeting will take place from 5-7 p.m. Thursday, March 19 at Lake Geneva City Hall, 626 Geneva Street in Lake Geneva.
