ELKHORN – The Elkhorn Area Fine Arts Boosters group has announced the second annual Elkhorn Area Encore Community Talent Showcase.
The event will be held on Saturday, March 21, 2026, 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Elkhorn Area High School in the James Wehner Auditorium.
This community talent show will feature local musicians, actors, and artists of all ages, according to a news release.
Funds raised through this event will go towards scholarships for students continuing their fine arts education after high school.
The EAHS Fine Arts Boosters exist to promote and enhance student interests in the Arts including music, fine arts, drama, musical theater, forensics and culinary arts.
The EAHS Fine Arts Boosters also support the fine arts in the greater Elkhorn community, with special emphasis on celebrating “home-grown” artists.
Annually FAB donates thousands of dollars to support the arts at Elkhorn Area High School including giving to arts educators who seek to provide a variety of fine arts experiences for
their students, students who would like to participate in arts enrichment programs offered outside of their school setting, and to graduating seniors who plan to continue their arts education in a secondary setting.
Last year’s inaugural Elkhorn Area Encore Community Talent Showcase featured exceptional talent and high-energy performances from a variety of community members along with hundreds of supportive
audience members.
This year, FAB is proud to feature not only remarkable acts but also breath-taking visual art displays, and the opportunity to purchase gourmet culinary creations crafted by EAHS culinary students.
“We are excited to host this event again,” said Nicole Meier, President, EAHS FAB said in a news release. “This platform allows us an amazing opportunity to celebrate our local talent, engage communities, spark conversations about the arts, and mobilize individuals to get involved in supporting the arts. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of students in our community.”

Tickets for audience members will be available for just $5 at the door on the evening of the event.
