LAKE GENEVA — A dining mainstay of downtown Lake Geneva is now up for sale.

For years Harborside Pub & Grill has been an iconic destination in downtown Lake Geneva for visitors to grab a bite to eat in the middle of the summer hustle and bustle.

The restaurant has been owned and run for years by Spyro “Speedo” Condos, a former mayor and one of Lake Geneva’s more colorful characters.

With its premier lake views and fabulous location on the corner of Broad Street & Wrigley Drive, the restaurant was listed for sale earlier this month for $5.8 million by Keefe Real Estate.

The restaurant currently has indoor seating for 80 and outdoor seating for 60, and a grandfathered service window along Broad Street where some of the best ice cream in town is served, according to the listing.

There is an opportunity to build up, to create a second & third floor (you need city approval).

Mary Ochoa-Petersen is the listing agent.
