ELKHORN — Six of Walworth County’s 11 board seats will be contested when voters go to the polls in April 5, 2022.
That’s the same number of contested races as two years ago, but up from three contested races in 2018.
Longtime incumbents Jerry Grant in District 4, Daniel Kilkenny in District 8 and Nancy Russell in District 11, decided to not run for re-election this time around, and two of those races — District 4 and District 11 — have two candidates.
