LAKE GENEVA — A suspect has been charged in connection with an arson Feb. 9 in Lake Geneva.

Detectives from the City of Lake Geneva Police Department late last month arrested Bryon E. Kilgore, a resident of Arizona with connections to Lake Geneva.

Kilgore had an initial appearance Feb. 23 and he was later charged with one felony count of arson.

He signed a $20,000 cash bond Feb. 26.

The incident goes back to Feb. 9 when Lake Geneva Police Department responded to a fire on the 900 block of W Main Street.

Investigators determined that the fire was intentionally set.

Kilgore was later taken into custody and police say he admitted to investigators that he intentionally set the fire, related to ongoing domestic issues.

Kilgore is expected back in court on March 7, 2024.
