WALWORTH COUNTY — The Walworth County Deparment of Health and Human Services today said that because of improving conditions, they would be moving to Phase 3 of its reopening guidance.

Health officials continue to encourage people to wear masks.

Changes include increasing capacity from 50 percent to 75 percent for retail, beauty shops, libraries and community centers.

Churches can now increase from 50 percent to 75 percent.

Mass gatherings, such as meetings, performances, theaters, museums, concerts, weddings and funerals can now increase from 50 percent to 75 percent.

Private outdoor gatherings can increase from 50 to 250 people.

Restaurants will continue at 75 percent capacity.
