Lake City Social hopes to bring a fun and relaxed atmosphere for those visiting from out of town or living just down the block, according to the announcement.

They are currently hiring and training staff to start at Sprecher’s and then be part of the opening of Lake City Social with current team members.

Hello Sprecher’s Pub Fans, Some of you may have heard about some changes coming to our restaurants and we are so excited to finally share this news with you all! Last summer when we took over the business at the Wisconsin Dells and Lake Geneva Sprecher’s Pub locations, we knew we wanted to create our own fun and new concept .

We also felt that trying to build and develop a new brand in the middle of a pandemic, not knowing what was ahead of us, was not an option. With your support as well as the support of our amazing team, partnered with delicious Sprecher Brewing products, we made it through that very difficult time. We are very grateful to everyone who was involved in that! We have now begun our behind the scenes process to transition to our very own new concept called Lake City Social.

We hope to bring you a fun and relaxed atmosphere where you can Gather, Dine, Drink, Escape regardless of whether you are visiting from out of town or live just down the block. Prepare for a refreshed, relaxing atmosphere along with delicious, unique, cravable menu items and refreshing, innovative and fun cocktails, craft beers and wines when you visit us in the very near future. While most of the faces will be familiar and happy – everything else will be fun and new.

We are currently hiring and training staff to start at Sprecher’s and then be part of the opening of Lake City Social with our current team members. Please send your culinary skilled and favorite guest service acquaintances a message that we are hiring.

We encourage you to bring in and use any Sprecher’s Pub paper certificates, coupons and offers you may have been holding on to during the next couple weeks before we briefly close for remodeling. These promotional items will not be honored once we open as Lake City Social.

Specific closing dates for each location will be announced soon but in Lake Geneva it will be the end of April and Wisconsin Dells the beginning of May. We should be closed for approximately two weeks during those times.

Please note that plastic gift cards that have been purchased that still have value on them will still be honored.

We have been very proud to have been a partner with Sprecher Brewing for the last eleven years. We have so much respect for Randy Sprecher, the brewery founder, and Craig Burge, the brewmaster, and their team and the relationships we built. We wish the new ownership at Sprecher Brewing great success and will always love their products. We encourage you to continue to support them and enjoy their products when you have the opportunity. Lastly, thank you to you, all of our guests, for your many years of support. Our communities are among the very best and you are all the reason that we do this!

We look forward to the opportunity to continue to serve you, your family, your friends and your business associates and to help you enjoy life’s celebrations and daily adventures. Get ready to #getlakecitysocial later this spring. Cheers! Sue Getgen & Stephen Schroeder Owners/Operators Please feel free to email us with any further questions at info@sprecherspub.com
