LAKE GENEVA — A Lake Geneva man was arrested Thursday following an investigation into possession of child pornagraphy.

Toribio Hernandez, 24, faces possible charges of sexual exploitation of a child, possession of child pornography and disorderly conduct.

Those charges have been referred to the Walworth County District Attorney’s Office.

Detectives executed a search warrant about 10:45 a.m. Thursday at a residence in the 1100 block of Wells Street, according to a Lake Geneva Police Department news release.

The search warrant was issued as a result of an investigation conducted by the City of Lake Geneva Police Department and Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC). The results of this investigationrallege that Hernandez distributed and possessed child pornography.

Hernandez was placed under arrest and transported to the City of Lake Geneva Police Department for processing and subsequently booked into the Walworth County Jail.
