WALWORTH COUNTY — Approximately 150 leaders in local and state government, business, community development, and education came together Monday to discuss Walworth County’s shortage of attainable housing and the desire to work toward solutions that meet the needs of all residents.

The event, Breaking Ground: Walworth County Housing Summit, was hosted by the Walworth County Economic Development Alliance (WCEDA) and Walworth County.

It kicks off a yearlong initiative led by WCEDA to work with municipalities that want to facilitate housing development in their respective communities.
