Two separate tornadoes ripped through Walworth County Friday, downing power lines and damaging buildings, the National Weather Service in Milwaukee confirmed Saturday.
A strong line of storms produced at least one tornado Friday evening, damaging buildings as it moved across Walworth County.
Authorities are crediting a passing jogger with alerting a sleeping family who were able to get out of their burning home safely.
